How to get perfect glowing skin for your wedding day | Bridal Beauty Guide

The wedding day is set! Now it’s time to get all sorted and organized. Don’t worry! We are here, just for that. Today you’re going to get tips to get perfect glowing skin on your wedding day.

It’s a month to your dealing, I recommend you sit back review your beauty routine. It’s a good idea to visit a dermatologist for your skin or hair, any clinical issues need to be dealt with right now so that you still have much time in your hand. You really don’t have to try something new right before your Big day!

Setting a daily beauty routine is extremely important, I cannot put enough emphasis on the three step routines

  1. Cleansing
  2. Toning
  3. Moisturizing

Twice a day, it does wonders to your skin. If your skin is on the dryer side you can skin a use of the toner.

For those with dry or combination skin, you can give the shot to coconut oil as it’s the night moisturizer.

As I have said it before, and I’ll say that again it works like magic. Keeping yourself well hydrated is extremely important.

Two liters of water a day is a definite must. I know everyone says cut out the caffeine but I know when the stress level go sky-rocketing you’ll need your dose off caffeine, but honestly keep it as minimal as possible it does affect your skin.

90% of the brides go for a crash diet about 3-4 weeks before the wedding what’s wrong with it? You’ll be more prone to dark circles, pigmentation and in some cases even discoloration. Extreme diets also result in lack of lustra in hairs and the skin. Opt for a daily stole or a gym routine. Workouts that make you sweated out do wonders for the skin.

When you have a month in hand you can even go for some facials, if you have never done those before now it’s the time to try them. Since it takes a couple of days for the results to show, if you would like to repeat you can do that about a week before the date.

With 10 days to go!

Go for some body wraps, body massage and scrubs at some good salons, you got to start pampering yourself. Now would be a good time to drop the junk food and the colas completely if you have not done that already yet. Avoiding colas and including vegetable juices in your diet will help you get that glow.

When stepping out in the sun SPF is a must, so make sure you must have a good sunscreen handy. You got to take extra care of your pretty little face!
